Community Check-in Meeting 

Tim here. As the facilitator of the group, my primary aim is to provide a grounded and easeful environment where group dynamics flow as organically as possible. To achieve this, I practice a minimal necessary amount of facilitation, offering just enough structure to maximize mutual comfort and fairness for everyone.

To ensure the community also gets to provide feedback and direction for the group, a community check-in meeting occurs every other month on either a second or fourth Friday at 7pm. This meeting is for discussion and feedback about the group, and uses democratic voting when necessary.
